📋 Description

• Fulfill the role of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for WS_FTP, KiteWorks and Box.com environments. • Manage file transfer processes, account request administration, monitor performance and troubleshoot issues. • Manage internal and external WS_FTP server resources, operations, support, and maintenance activities. • Work alongside customers to ensure account management policies are in place. • Collaborate with team members for daily operations in support of break-fix, data calls, and general support tickets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. • Proven experience in managed file transfer protocols such as FTP, SFTP and HTTP/S. • Proficiency with Windows Server 2019/2022, TCP/IP, Active Directory and Azure cloud hosting. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Knowledge with current technical standards, IT concepts, administrative tools, Backup and Recovery, Disaster Recovery. • High degree of sensitivity regarding confidential information. • Ability to pass a background and drug screening. • Must have identification compliant with the Real ID Act at time of hire. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
