📋 Description

• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of colleagues supporting a best-in-class lean operation • Partner with departmental managers to drive objectives and key results • Improve productivity, client satisfaction, and process efficiencies • Manage team reporting and identify areas of improvement • Ensure team output meets expectations • Evaluate departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics • Assist with departmental metrics development and mitigation strategies • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on implementation, communications, change management, and risk mitigation strategies • Conduct root-cause analysis and construct action plans • Maintain, analyze, and communicate reporting on assigned team KPIs • Track monthly and quarterly performance against departmental objectives • Hire and manage Oscar colleagues, including performance management, growth and development, and HR administrative tasks • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Manager, Provider Data Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of direct people management experience • 2+ years of experience in an operations role supporting production teams • 1+ year experience using data to drive decision making and continuous improvement • 3+ years of provider data experience with a health insurance company • Prior healthcare or insurance-related experience • Strong proficiency navigating Excel/Google Sheets, JIRA, and/or SQL • Candidates must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas
