📋 Description

• Document escalations and report unresolved problems to the Call Center Supervisor and/or Field Supervisor • Notify area managers of issues caused by technology errors, dispatcher errors, or facility complaints • Take client calls and handle account issues when applicable • Monitor queue activity to ensure available agents are signed in and ready to take calls • Assist with monitoring, coaching, and development sessions, providing positive and constructive feedback • Monitor agents and provide training when appropriate • Monitor the designated email account • Send updated attendance notifications to the leadership team • Monitor the On-Call Supervisor phone as needed • Maintain discipline and order in the work environment • Solicit assistance from other departments when incoming call volume or hold times are high • Lead by example and demonstrate integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of office location at 2550 Corporate Exchange Drive, Suite 15, Columbus, Ohio 43231 • Medical Terminology: Some Knowledge • Communication Skills: Intermediate • High School or better • Minimum one-year Dispatcher experience • Must work Monday–Friday, 11:00p–7:30a
