📋 Description

• Review and configure executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and readiness for configuration • Coordinate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate Configuration, and leadership to resolve missing information, clarify contract intent, and manage downstream dependencies • Escalate incomplete documentation, contract discrepancies, duplicate records, complex interpretation questions, and system issues • Develop a comprehensive understanding of current processes, procedures, and tools associated with the Oscar business model • Interact daily with internal departments through multiple channels according to assignment needs • Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations • Form working relationships with internal stakeholders • Support the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways • Monitor and track the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues • Escalate and resolve issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment • Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities • Experience manipulating and entering accurate data in a production driven environment • Reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas • Comply with all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI)
