📋 Description

• Leverage demographic data on out-of-network providers to target recruiting for network adequacy needs based on geography, specialty, or member demographics • Deploy recruiting activities in defined expansion regions based on population demographics, healthcare needs, and competitor presence • Assess provider capabilities, workflows, and staffing to ensure access standards and quality-of-care requirements • Develop targeted outreach strategies to attract high-quality providers in desired specialties and locations • Conduct daily outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings • Document provider outreach and manage provider data in a CRM system • Pitch the network to prospective providers and guide new providers through the joining process • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Manager, Network Recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience • 3+ years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting • 1+ years of experience in provider relations, provider services or provider recruiting • Experience working cross-functionally to drive growth and expansion in one or more geographical areas • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in a healthcare environment (bonus points) • Experience in credentialing function and credentialing software (bonus points) • Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia • Ability to travel up to 75%
