📋 Description

• Define, defend, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product investments powering the Lucie Health Marketplace platform • Define OKRs and KPIs to measure business and operational impacts and identify improvements • Bring together appropriate counterparts to solve strategic or executional challenges • Diagnose root causes and resolve cross-team and cross-domain issues while balancing speed, scalability, and quality • Lead complex initiatives, influencing without authority while managing timelines, accountability, and risks • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations partners to gather user insights and ship innovative functionality • Articulate requirements and communicate them across stakeholders using data and user research insights • Create artifacts that junior team members can learn from • Mentor junior product team members • Report to a Director, Product Management • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally among engineers, designers, operations experts, and others in a Product Management or Product Management-adjacent role • 4+ years of experience driving rigorous prioritization processes • 4+ years of experience with tech systems and understanding basic technology infrastructure such as backend services and database relationships • Experience leveraging database tools such as SQL • 2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-domain initiatives • 2+ years of experience root-causing ambiguous problems, building roadmaps towards a solution, and successfully executing against that roadmap • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Ecommerce or two-sided marketplace experience preferred • Deep knowledge of A/B testing practices
