📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end product life cycle from ideation to launch and iteration • Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with company objectives and customer needs • Collaborate with engineering, design, implementation, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact products • Utilize user research, feedback, and data analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experience • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy • Develop scalable, user-centric solutions aligned with workforce screening services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR technology sectors • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools • Familiarity with employment screening or HR-related industries preferred • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in product development preferred • Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work • Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection • Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally • Ability to work comfortably and effectively in a home environment that meets ergonomic standards • Any offer of employment is conditional upon successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening
