📋 Description

• Own the growth and monetization engine for Moongate’s sound therapy app • Manage web funnels, activation, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and win-backs • Design and run data-driven experiments • Build campaigns and lifecycle journeys • Ship paywall and pricing changes • Analyze results and iterate • Work closely with the founders, head of marketing, and engineering team • Build growth features • Implement tooling and systems that support the role

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable track record of driving measurable revenue growth through pricing, paywall, and lifecycle experimentation on a subscription product • Comfortable executing as well as strategizing, including building campaigns, configuring CRM flows, and shipping paywalls • Hands-on experience with subscription billing flows such as Apple IAP or Stripe • Experience building and running CRM/lifecycle campaigns end-to-end • Strong mobile subscription/monetization background • Good writing skills and exceptional written English • Ability to internalize and use the company’s brand voice • Ability to leverage AI tools to increase capacity and execute faster with a lean team
