It connects tech candidates (engineering, product, design, data, etc. ) with hiring teams through curated introductions, shortlist curation, interview preparation, pay insights, and a personal AI career agent called “Taylor. ” The service emphasizes high-context matchmaking (direct intros, skipping applicant queues), candidate coaching, and helping companies build teams quickly and with reduced noise.

📋 Description

• Own a product area end to end, set OKRs, and drive product direction with substantial autonomy • Collect user feedback, conduct user interviews, form hypotheses, and rapidly iterate • Use Amplitude, BigQuery, and SQL to analyze funnels, activation, retention, and engagement • Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI tools daily to build demos, explore product ideas, run SQL, and accelerate product development • Partner closely with engineers in technical discussions and ship quickly • Agent PM: translate agentic AI capabilities into useful, user-facing experiences • Consumer / Content PM: ship onboarding, FTUE, engagement, personalization, and recommendation experiences • Report directly to the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within the 3–7 year range • Demonstrated experience shipping user-facing products for a consumer app, social product, or content platform • AI-native product experience, including direct work on AI features or AI products and understanding of LLMs and agents • Strong ownership, product judgment, and ability to manage a large scope independently • Comfort with SQL and data analysis • Experience with Amplitude or BigQuery is valuable • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or able to work Pacific Time • Early-stage startup experience, ideally combined with experience at a larger technology company • Daily use of AI coding and prototyping tools • Agent PM: hands-on experience with agents, multi-agent systems, tool calling, or other LLM product patterns, plus strong project management skills • Consumer / Content PM: experience with onboarding, FTUE, engagement, personalization, recommendation systems, or growth loops • Mandarin and English fluency for a working environment • STEM degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field is preferred • Must not be too junior or fresh out of undergraduate school • Must have evidence of AI product work and hands-on consumer product shipping
