📋 Description

• Negotiate and manage Single Case Agreements with hospital, health system, and individual healthcare providers • Build and maintain a robust provider network in assigned markets or regions • Analyze provider performance and negotiate reimbursement rates, complex contract terms, and regulatory compliance • Recruit new providers and assist with provider issue resolution and cost-saving initiatives • Review and analyze provider contracts to identify improvements and optimization opportunities • Use provider financial data and competitor strategies to inform negotiation and contracting decisions • Support contracting policies, workflows, and efficient contracting processes • Monitor network performance, cost, provider satisfaction, and operational-efficiency metrics; report findings to leadership • Build positive provider relationships and support provider onboarding, training, and resource distribution • Collaborate with Claims, Credentialing, and Contracting teams to resolve routine provider issues • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in provider network operations, contracting, or provider services • 1+ years of experience in individual or Medicare Advantage health insurance and/or the healthcare industry • 1+ years of experience navigating and organizing large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional working experience is listed as a bonus, not a requirement
