📋 Description

• Support ongoing medium- to high-complexity maintenance, Run-the-Business support, and incident service requests for the assigned global infrastructure area • Provide solutions for medium- to high-complexity Run-the-Business and project efforts • Serve as a project resource on application and infrastructure projects, representing functional capabilities • Gather requirements, create recommendations, and implement solutions to meet project requirements • Provide knowledge sharing as a recognized subject matter expert through complex knowledge articles, relationship development, mentoring, and job shadowing • Operate independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision • Cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when required by the business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent • Five (5) or more years of experience in Information Technology or a related area • Relevant industry-related certifications preferred • Information Technology experience within the manufacturing industry preferred • Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment • Strong organizational skills, exceptional follow-through, and attention to detail • Strong time-management and prioritization skills; ability to multitask, prioritize competing requirements, and meet deadlines • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing requirements • Experience and proficiency with web-based applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Subject matter expertise in one or more infrastructure technologies, including database administration, servers, data networks, voice networks, storage, or application platforms • Must cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when required • Some operating-system experience with Windows, RHEL, or other Linux is required • Knowledge of IAM preferred
