📋 Description

• Lead the tech design, development, and maintenance of software systems • Define software architecture and make key decisions • Work with Product Owners to translate business requirements • Guide and mentor development teams • Manage resolution of critical issues • Oversee team's deliverables and ensure technical quality through code reviews • Lead continuous improvement processes • Assist in recruiting technical talent

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of software development experience • 2-3 years in technical leadership roles • Advanced Java (Java 17+) • Spring Boot 3.x/4.x, Spring Security 6/7, Spring Cloud Gateway • TypeScript + Vue 3 (Composition API), PrimeVue 4.5+, Vite 6+, Vitest 3+, Pinia • Keycloak / OIDC / JWT — realm modeling, RS256 validation • Containers + Kubernetes — Docker, Kustomize overlays • Testing discipline — JUnit 5, Testcontainers • Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) • Proven ability to guide and mentor engineers
