📋 Description

• Conduct thorough quality control audits of utility structures following inspection and restoration work • Verify that all field work has been completed according to established specifications and procedures • Review and audit job books for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual and company standards • Work directly with field operations to ensure inspection and testing activities meet Osmose Quality Standards, Customer Quality Plans, contractual requirements, industry standards, and client expectations • Identify opportunities for quality improvement • Travel domestically, typically involving 1–4 nights away Monday–Friday, with occasional extended travel up to 10 days

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in the Northeastern United States • Experience in utility operations, construction, or related field • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Driver's license • Completion of QC Auditor Training Program or 1 year previous QC experience • Ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly • Ability to occasionally bend, crouch, kneel, squat, stoop, reach, lift up to 25 pounds, and work with or around chemicals • Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, heat and humidity, freezing temperatures, and uneven terrain • Ability to work around preservatives, coatings, chemical substances, concrete, energized electrical conductors, and equipment • Relevant certifications are preferred • Previous experience with utility structures inspection or maintenance is preferred
