📋 Description

• Provide broad training and knowledge development in research administration • Assist with pre- and post-award activities for assigned departments and principal investigators • Review expenditure requests and effort review with guidance from colleagues or leadership • Review expenditures against budget constraints • Participate in pre-award grant support and assist with formatting biographical sketches • Maintain master other support documents using University and Federal systems • Assist with annual progress reports • Build knowledge of compliance with administrative policies and procedures • Identify concerns involving sponsor guidelines, time and effort management, and allowable expenditures • Update and maintain principal investigator current and pending and/or other support documentation within required timeframes • Perform additional duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 0 years of relevant experience required • 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred • Final candidates must successfully complete a background check • A drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process
