📋 Description

• Support project planning and execution for Life Sciences customers • Work with Delivery Managers to meet KPIs and drive customer satisfaction • Troubleshoot and resolve request issues • Generate project-level and customer-level metrics and reports • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer needs and service-level requirements • Drive tasks to completion • Contribute to internal operational improvement initiatives • Improve delivery efficiency as products and workflows evolve • Opportunity to grow into a customer-facing delivery manager

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with Excel spreadsheets • Ability to quickly create pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, etc. • 2+ years of experience in project management • Driven, entrepreneurial, highly motivated and persistent • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous iteration and change • Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills • Ability to work in highly regulated environments • Ability to work through ambiguous situations to drive clarity and resolution of issues • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail • Interest in healthcare data connectivity, EMRs, and APIs • Ability to ramp up very quickly • This job is not eligible for employment sponsorship • Experience with Life Sciences, Healthcare Analytics, or Healthcare data companies, especially in a customer-facing role (helps you stand out)
