📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer service calls from existing members • Address questions about member plans and resolve issues between carriers and members • Provide information about eHealth’s complimentary services • Verify enrollment of new clients and complete post-enrollment activities • Identify and resolve member issues efficiently and effectively • Explain plan benefits and how members can use them • Make outbound calls using a dialer • Use on-screen scripts and provided tools to find client information and answer plan questions • Accurately document interaction notes and outcomes • Demonstrate eHealth’s values in behaviors, practices, and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency in using a dialer and other computer applications • High speed hardwired home internet connection with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • High level of integrity and customer focus • Comfortable with desktop computers, including knowledge of Office applications and web browsing • Ability to work any shift between 5:00 AM PST and 6:00 PM PST • Ability to work extended hours and overtime during the Annual Enrollment Period • Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays • Ability to do outbound outreach
