📋 Description

• Lead and operationally manage Revenue Integrity functions day to day • Oversee charge capture, charge reconciliation, chargemaster maintenance, charging compliance, denial prevention and resolution, Revenue Guardian activities, and Epic charging workflows • Supervise Revenue Integrity staff and operational workflows • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely charge generation, billing readiness, reimbursement optimization, and revenue protection across the health system • Partner with Clinical Operations, Patient Financial Services, Coding, Compliance, Finance, Managed Care, Information Services, and department leaders • Implement operational and regulatory changes • Resolve charging issues and minimize revenue leakage • Support organizational revenue cycle performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5 years of relevant experience required • Advanced degree may be desirable • 8–12 years of relevant experience preferred • Successful completion of a background check for final candidates • Drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process
