📋 Description

• Build and maintain Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for business development and senior leadership • Perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis in partnership with Finance and Accounting • Extract data from Salesforce and validate it ensuring accuracy • Support system processes and workflows that help the team move opportunities forward, partnering with the Salesforce administrator on configuration changes • Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, automation, and reporting infrastructure • Collaborate across departments to address operational needs as they arise • Report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations within the Finance Department

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in one or more disciplines within Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales or BD operations, or a financial analyst role • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, including building forecasts and pipeline analysis and extracting data for financial use • Experience supporting sales or BD forecasting and financial reporting through data modeling and analytics • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and multi-source data analysis • Experience with NetSuite (finance and sales modules) or a comparable ERP • Experience leading projects, formally or informally, in collaboration with other departments • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident • Must be a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR requirements and eligible to obtain required export authorizations
