📋 Description

• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and support in overall management of the business • Analyze various lines of business and their performance • Provide tools and analysis to assist the Operating Unit • Support branches in managing cash collections and billing discipline • Work on management presentations for business reviews and performance updates • Provide forecasting tools to prepare monthly forecasts • Focus on process improvements and efficiency opportunities • Support branches on ad hoc requests, including SOX controls and audit reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly develop relationships • Ability to proactively drive process improvement • Effective communication skills that facilitates cross function interaction • Proven ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated • Demonstrate highest standards of accuracy and precision • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA a plus
