• Drive and execute strategic, scalable learning solutions aligned to regional and global capability priorities • Act as a consultative advisor, translating business priorities into targeted learning strategies • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global learning programs including design, implementation, and scale across regions • Execute a blended portfolio of learning solutions including digital pathways and instructor-led training • Govern learning priorities across operating units ensuring consistent standards and execution discipline • Define and track learning performance metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness • Drive innovation in applying modern learning approaches to improve scalability and effectiveness
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning, Business, HR, or related field required • Significant experience in learning program design, delivery, and management across regions and functions • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional learning initiatives • Experience working in global and distributed environments preferred
