• Facilitate live virtual classes using OTI-provided curriculum and instructional materials. • Create an engaging and interactive online learning environment. • Lead discussions, activities, and exercises that promote learner participation and knowledge retention. • Maintain professional and inclusive classroom standards. • Provide timely communication and support to students as needed. • Collaborate with OTI staff regarding course delivery and learner progress. • Attend instructor orientation and periodic faculty meetings as required.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Public Health, Education, or a related field. • Demonstrated formal teaching, training, or instructional experience in academic, professional development, workforce development, or continuing education settings. • Professional experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. • Experience facilitating virtual learning environments and using online learning platforms. • Strong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills.
