📋 Description

• Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing recruiting team focused on collaboration, innovation and scalability • Collaborate with globally distributed hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and deliver on goals • Clearly define, track and report on recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process, and areas for improvement • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices • Strong partnership with HR, Finance, Compensation and other departments to ensure alignment on hiring strategy • Partner with executives and hiring leaders to create strategy for talent pipelines, hiring, employment branding and diversity

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Recruiting experience, supporting a global technical organization • 2+ years of Recruiting leadership experience • Proven track record managing a Globally distributed team of strong, experienced Recruiters • Expertise in the current talent market, specifically across US and EMEA markets • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and easily adapt to changing priorities • Focus on operational excellence, metrics and reporting to glean insights and make improvements • Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging recruiting technologies • Ability to make decisions to best support the team, organization and company as a whole • Strong moral compass and sound judgment
