📋 Description

• Manage and execute implementations and customer projects, including AI-enabled solution deployments within the platform • Perform detailed discovery with customers about CRM usage and translate it into Outreach integration functionality • Serve as the subject matter expert on Outreach technologies and AI features for internal and external stakeholders • Partner with Program and Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, Trainers, and customer stakeholders to drive projects to completion • Explore client processes and distill information from multiple sources to inform complex configuration setup and integration design • Support adoption of AI-enabled workflows • Collaborate with client technical experts to establish a thorough configuration testing plan • Implement, upgrade, and configure solutions in Outreach’s sales engagement platform • Help organizations adopt and operationalize AI to drive measurable business value

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience working in a SaaS consulting role • At least 2 years of experience in a technical or support role • History of mastering new technologies and technical skills quickly and efficiently • Demonstrated ability to enact creative technical testing and troubleshooting processes • Current knowledge of AI-enabled tools and workflows • Ability to pick up new AI capabilities quickly and apply automation and AI-driven insights • Ability to discover the “how” and “why” of proposed solutions to determine feasibility and suggest alternatives • Experience collaborating with teammates and enterprise-level customers to solve difficult problems • Ability to theorize about complex integration solutions and execute solutions • Experience collaborating with client contacts at all levels and translating complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders • Ability to speak with expert knowledge about APIs, CRM integration, security, privacy, and integrations • Familiarity with front-end and back-end development technologies • Admin certification with a CRM, such as Salesforce or Dynamics, or another SaaS platform • Expertise in working with a Sales Engagement Platform • History of working with internal Product or Engineering teams to improve product features and capabilities
