📋 Description

• Provide high-touch service to key client travelers • Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation and travel details • Upsell related travel products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm customer travel reservations • Apply and guide customers on client travel policies • Fulfill requests concerning DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some holidays for Elite 24 After-Hours • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6pm CST • Ability to fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other travel regulations • Strong knowledge of travel supplier rules
