📋 Description

• Assess wellbeing and health needs for clients of all sizes to help build wellness programs • Analyze, design, and integrate tailored wellness strategies within client cultures and benefit offerings • Work with population health clinical consultants to understand health-risk metrics, cost drivers, chronic conditions, budgets, and capacity for change • Monitor and measure the success of implemented wellness programs • Demonstrate wellness thought leadership through education, research, writing, and speaking • Collaborate with advisors and service teams to deliver wellness solutions using insurance-company partner resources • Create and deliver wellness presentations to colleagues and clients • Produce external wellness communications, including toolkits, newsletters, and flyers • Maintain knowledge of wellbeing industry advancements, market and vendor changes, and innovative solutions • Use health intelligence data to create wellbeing programs that drive sustainable behavior change and business results • Support internal training and integrate with the firm’s wellness resources • Participate in prospective client presentations • Design and administer wellbeing challenges and cultural assessments • Offer appropriate wellbeing solutions based on cultural assessment and clinical data

🎯 Requirements

• Preference for advanced degree in health-related field (preferred, not required) • 5-10 years+ of related experience • Comprehensive background/understanding of a variety of wellbeing solutions from a client/user-experience and technical-specifications perspective • Have or obtain Health 2-15 licensure within 90 days of hire • Professional wellness certification, e.g., Wellness Alliance or WellCoaches • Exceptional writing and public speaking skills • Proficient working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to model achievable wellness practices • Ability to exhibit behavior aligned with the firm’s core values and corporate culture • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment • Willingness to travel 25%
