📋 Description

• Lead cradle-to-grave acquisition support for HHS OAMS, including complex and high-visibility procurements • Provide full lifecycle acquisition support, including planning, solicitation, evaluation, award, and post-award administration • Draft and review acquisition documentation in accordance with FAR and HHS policies • Maintain contract files in eFile and ensure compliance with OAMS SOPDs • Support complex source selection strategies and contract types, including T&M, cost-type, GWACs, and MACs • Collaborate with Contracting Officers, CORs, and program stakeholders • Redirect inquiries to federal staff as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of federal acquisition experience • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-visibility acquisitions • Proficiency with PRISM, UFMS, and other federal acquisition systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Must meet clearance requirements and complete the required HHS training • Must be a clearable US Citizen • FAC-C Level II or III certification preferred • Experience supporting HHS or other health-related federal agencies preferred • Familiarity with CPARS, SharePoint, and acquisition dashboards preferred
