📋 Description

• Own assigned master data domains, including attribute definitions, business rules, valid value sets, and data quality thresholds • Design and implement match, merge, and survivorship rules to establish authoritative records from legacy sources • Resolve conflicting source data and design SAP Master Data Governance consolidation and mass processing rules where applicable • Define and maintain data quality rules, measures, and scorecards; analyze trends and drive remediation • Lead stewardship sessions with business data owners to establish ownership, approval paths, and remediation accountability • Design master data lifecycle processes for creation, change, extension, blocking, and deletion marking • Support cross-domain consistency across financial, material, asset, and organizational master data • Handle moderately complex configuration and design work with minimal oversight • Lead requirements gathering and fit-to-standard workshops; document functional designs and configuration rationale • Own deliverables end to end across design, configuration, documentation, testing, and defect resolution • Mentor junior team members and review configuration and documentation for quality compliance • Support authority-to-operate, cybersecurity, audit, and compliance activities, including control evidence production • Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to sustainment • Travel to client sites up to 50% for workshops, testing, cutover, and go-live activities • Adhere to certified quality, information security, and company processes • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; 3-5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5-7 years of relevant experience without a Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of master data management or data governance experience in an enterprise environment • Demonstrated experience defining data quality rules, measures, and scorecards, and driving remediation with business data owners • Experience with match, merge, survivorship, and duplicate resolution across multiple source systems • Working knowledge of ERP master data domains and the downstream financial impact of master data defects • Proficiency with SQL or equivalent data analysis tooling • Ability to exercise judgment within defined practices and handle moderately complex issues with minimal oversight • Demonstrated experience owning deliverables through design, configuration, testing, and documentation • Experience supporting multi-system SAP landscapes • Secret security clearance required: must hold an active Secret clearance or be able to obtain and maintain one prior to assignment (requires U.S. citizenship) • Nice to have: active Secret security clearance at time of hire • Nice to have: experience supporting federal ERP modernization programs, Department of War (DoW) SAP environments, or other defense business systems acquired under DoDI 5000.75 • Nice to have: experience with SAP Master Data Governance as the enforcement platform for master data policy • Nice to have: Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or equivalent data management certification • Nice to have: familiarity with FIAR, DoD 7000.14-R, and FFMIA • Nice to have: experience aligning organizational master data to a force structure hierarchy or equivalent enterprise organizational data initiative • Nice to have: experience with enterprise data catalog, lineage, or metadata management tooling
