📋 Description

• Plan, deploy, implement, and provide operational support for the CrowdStrike platform and related applications • Manage deployment from initial customer engagement through planning, installation, optimization/utility, and follow-on customer support • Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications • Assist customers with operationalizing all Falcon platform modules • Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises • Utilize and engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies • Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs • Manage customer project planning and status • Collaborate with customer information technology teams • Support customers in vulnerability and asset management using CrowdStrike applications such as Exposure Management • Assist customers with integrating CrowdStrike into existing tools • Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collector deployments • Develop customer-facing collateral with the Platform Professional Services team • Develop and lead skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline • 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or working in an end user/customer environment • Strong understanding of software deployment technologies • Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Strong experience in computer and network systems security • Strong experience presenting technical content to various audiences • Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems • Ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects • Experience mentoring team members • Some experience leading a team to complete projects • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Potential for travel and assignment work • May be required to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment • Endpoint Security: Falcon platform, AV, and EDR solutions • Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, Mac • Software Deployment: SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, PsExec • Development: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Batch • Technologies: Host based firewall, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, IT Automation • Compliance: CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, HIPPA • Database: SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, LogScale • Identity: Identity, Active Directory, Azure-AD, SSO • Cloud: AWS, Azure, and GCP
