• Serve as the central operational anchor across multiple business operations, proactively organizing executive communications, complex schedules, and critical workflows so nothing slips through the cracks. • Accurately track milestones, manage technical documentation via Bluebeam and AutoCAD, and coordinate project updates to ensure timelines are strictly met. • Run essential spreadsheet data analysis, coordinate payroll support, and track expenses to keep the financial health of the businesses highly accurate and transparent. • Handle highly sensitive business, project, and financial data with ultimate discretion, acting as a trusted operational partner to executive leadership.
• 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially deep Excel knowledge, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). • Familiarity or basic competency with industry tools like Bluebeam and AutoCAD. • Must efficiently transition between tasks and can handle administrative tasks, data reporting, and operational support. • Ideal technical or engineering background to easily grasp engineering documentation and project management software.
