📋 Description

• Management of high-volume digital orders • Cross-verifying guest matrices and building precise quotes • Mapping metrics in Yext and deploying automated macros • Auditing tax exemptions, executing order reversals • Managing gift card infrastructure and retention engines

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in customer support • Flawless English skills • Ability to draft customer adjustments and transactional templates • Data-Obsessed and Detail-Driven • Experience with restaurant ERPs (OLO, Toast POS, Paytronix, Zendesk, Yext) • Have a dedicated, distraction-free remote workspace
