📋 Description

• Lead inbound calls with genuine empathy, turning anxious homeowners facing fire, water, or mold damage into calm, confident clients who know they are in safe hands. • Proactively communicate daily updates across homeowners, project managers, field crews, and insurance adjusters so no project milestone or detail drops through the cracks. • Spot project delays, scheduling conflicts, or communication gaps early, solving issues proactively before they escalate into customer complaints. • Track, document, and relay critical scope approvals, carrier requests, and adjuster inquiries to ensure seamless documentation and project approvals.

• A compassionate, empathetic communicator with outstanding verbal and written English who can comfortably de-escalate stressful situations with a warm, personal touch. • An organized multi-tasker who takes pride in thorough documentation, maintaining accurate project records across multiple active jobs simultaneously. • A proactive problem solver with grit and initiative, who doesn't wait to be asked before chasing down updates or checking in on a customer. • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (such as Dash CRM or Proven Solutions Software), with the ability to quickly master proprietary job management systems.
