📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end oversight and support for customers purchasing installation jobs • Answer inbound calls from customers, service providers, and stores • Manage outbound tasks and calls to provide updates or gather job information • Conduct initial customer and service-provider contact to verify project scope and align expectations • Ensure projects are scheduled within the SLA and confirm scheduling with customers • Arrange product delivery with stores and customers • Upload required compliance documents for permits and Lead Safe Practices • Manage and resolve post-project Work Order issues, including related costs and potential chargebacks • Document all project interactions in the Installation Management System, myRedVest, and Salesforce • Deliver consistent service using defined processes and provide process-enhancement feedback • Achieve goals and complete tasks on time • Build relationships with customers, providers, stores, vendors, coworkers, and leaders • Complete assigned training and participate in team meetings, town halls, and developmental meetings

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • 1 year of experience in project coordination or remodeling/construction industry preferred • 1 year of experience working in a project management function preferred • Experience in a contact center environment preferred • Ability to work night and/or weekend hours as schedules may require • Ability to work in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones • Hourly remote associates cannot reside in Alaska, California, or Hawaii
