📋 Description

• Perform rigorous quality control checks across reports and client information • Review data against previous submissions to maintain accuracy and compliance • Provide daily operational support for RIA activities • Manage email sign-in processes • Support deposit updates and perform security checks • Track operational tasks by updating Basecamp • Prepare and maintain recurring operational reports, including Beta Reports, Client Allocation Group Reports, and Invoicing Reports • Maintain organized records across portfolio management reporting systems • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities • Maintain and update internal workflows and documentation to ensure operational continuity

• Meticulous and analytical approach with rigorous attention to accuracy and consistency • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills • Ability to review training materials, SOPs, and video walkthroughs before asking repetitive questions • Strong ownership and ability to provide context when sharing updates • Long-term commitment and reliable work ethic • Professionalism, care for others, and willingness to grow with the company • Basic to intermediate Excel skills • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office • Willingness to learn new platforms and portfolio management software • Reliable work-from-home setup • Prepared to use own device (BYOD) • Availability to support the internal operations team consistently during US business hours
