📋 Description

• Develop, optimize, and complete the backend architecture of a multi-brain AI trading algorithm, ensuring scalability, security, and high-performance execution. • Design and implement AI models, machine learning workflows, and intelligent decision-making systems to support algorithmic trading strategies. • Integrate blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized infrastructure where required to support secure and transparent trading operations. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project gaps, troubleshoot existing code, and accelerate delivery of a significantly delayed platform. • Build and maintain APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and backend services that enable seamless communication between AI models, blockchain components, and frontend applications. • Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure reliability, security, and production readiness. • Implement best practices for cybersecurity, data integrity, version control, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle. • Support the organization's mission by developing technology that powers a 508(c)(1)(A) trust providing free AI education, certifications, and innovative learning experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML backend development with strong proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar). • Proven experience developing blockchain-based applications, including smart contracts, Web3 integrations, decentralized protocols, and cryptocurrency ecosystems. • Strong knowledge of backend technologies, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), databases (SQL/NoSQL), Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience building or supporting algorithmic trading systems, financial applications, or data-intensive AI platforms is highly preferred. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project ownership skills with the ability to work independently and deliver complex projects under tight timelines.
