📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing • Create and manage engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms • Drive patient acquisition through SEO, SEM, content marketing, and conversion-focused strategies • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness • Manage and maintain the company website, landing pages, and digital assets to ensure a consistent brand experience • Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth • Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising standards, privacy regulations, and brand guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, telehealth, or a related industry • Strong knowledge of Australian marketing and advertising laws, regulations, and compliance requirements • Demonstrated experience managing paid digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM or marketing automation platforms • Strong copywriting, content creation, analytical, and project management skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
