📋 Description

• Create world-class Keynote decks for a wide range of clients across varied screen types, sizes, and proportions • Produce graphic design outputs including signage, posters, badges, EDMs, presentation PowerPoints, and booklets • Roll out work on-brand, on-time, accurately, and efficiently • Collaborate with Technical Directors, Experiential Designers, and Sales Leads to meet creative briefs • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, meeting targets, schedules, and budgets • Lead the development of design trends and direction • Promote continuous improvement in design and infrastructure practices • Update weekly WIP reports and take required action • Meet internal timeframes and deadlines agreed in weekly WIP meetings • Develop and promote the Creative Department • Provide innovative creative solutions • Quote design service costs for internal and external clients • Maintain strict attention to detail and discretion regarding confidential matters • Help position Encore Event Technologies as an ongoing production partner rather than only an AV and staging supplier

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a similar field • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Project management and client relationship management experience desirable • Very high proficiency with Keynote, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator • Solid working knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Extensive proven experience creating Keynote projects for large-scale, complex events with significant video content • Proven experience creating a wide array of on-brand, accurate, print- or screen-ready graphic design assets • Ability to create and organize templates that are detailed and clear • Ability to solve creative, technical, and production issues • Extensive experience delivering high volumes of design work in unusual shapes and pixel dimensions for large screens • Excellent understanding of design principles • Solid understanding of animation principles • Awareness of the latest techniques, technology, and creative trends • Strong attention to detail, organization, efficiency, accuracy, and time management • Financial management skills and understanding of project costs and hours • Ability to translate client requirements into job specifications • Ability to work within constrained timeframes with limited resources • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Highly developed customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines • Comfortable working in a high-volume, quick-turnaround environment • Excellent decision-making, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills • Maturity to deal with people at all organizational levels • Ability to work after hours when necessary and attend industry events • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Prior experience creating architectural pre-visualization using Unreal Engine highly regarded • Technical and event production knowledge highly regarded
