⢠Maintain the marketing production calendar for the Marketing team. ⢠Ensure all key campaign, trade, retail and production requirements are captured in one clear view. ⢠Support the Marketing Manager to ensure all production is planned with sufficient lead time and aligned to brand direction. ⢠Identify calendar clashes, gaps, dependencies and resourcing considerations early and provide resolutions. ⢠Coordinate the planning required to enable marketing production to be delivered effectively. ⢠Ensure production requirements, timings, briefs, stakeholders, approvals and asset needs are identified early and documented clearly. ⢠Work with teams to confirm what is required, by when and from whom, ensuring all activity is planned before execution commences. ⢠Coordinate the marketing production workflow from planning through to delivery, ensuring each stage is tracked and visible. ⢠Maintain project management tools, status trackers, action lists and workflow documentation. ⢠Act as a central coordination point between marketing, buying, merchandise, digital, CRM, ecommerce, retail operations and external partners to support the production process. ⢠Maintain accurate records and assist with budget reconciliation as required. ⢠Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills ⢠Strong planning and organisational skills ⢠Strong project coordination and workflow management ⢠Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines ⢠Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills ⢠High attention to detail and accuracy ⢠Problem-solving and decision-making skills ⢠Ability to identify risks, dependencies and improvements ⢠Confident using project management, calendar and workflow tools ⢠Understanding of marketing production workflows ⢠Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, production or projects ⢠Experience in retail, fashion, ecommerce or a fast-paced consumer environment is highly desirable ⢠Experience with project management ⢠Marketing, Communications, Business or related tertiary qualification desirable.
