• Own marketing operations across all four brands • Architect, build, maintain, and optimize the marketing technology foundation that powers the GTM engine • Manage marketing automation platforms Administration and optimization of marketing automation instances across all four brands (Pardot) • Own lead lifecycle domain end to end, from first website touch to sales-ready pipeline • Drive the brands toward shared standards, definitions, and infrastructure • Collaborate with campaign ops specialists, sales teams, and consumers of marketing data • Manage one Campaign Ops Specialist; set direction, unblock, and grow the role
• 5+ years in marketing or GTM operations, including experience operating across multiple business units, instances, or orgs • Deep marketing automation expertise; Pardot (Account Engagement) experience strongly preferred, but comparable experience in other tools is acceptable • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce as it relates to marketing: standard/custom objects, campaigns and attribution, flows, sync behavior, reporting • Concept-level mastery of scoring, lifecycle design, attribution, and deliverability, independent of any one tool • Comfort managing direct report(s); this is an IC-weighted role where most impact is your own technical contribution, but you will lead and develop a Campaign Ops Specialist • Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily operations work. Claude Code, Cowork, or similar • Self-directed prioritization in a multi-stakeholder environment, with clear written communication and ability to generate effective documentation and enablement content
