• Manage ServiceNow instance health, upgrades, and patches. • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, SecOps, etc.). • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability. • Create and manage user roles, groups, and permissions. • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies. • Implement advanced UI policies, business rules, workflows, and notifications. • Lead integrations with third-party systems and APIs. • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment. • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture. • ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist Certifications. • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions. • Must have access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities. • A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions, no use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN, and compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
