📋 Description

• Set the creative vision for AI-made video and visuals • Create flagship campaign pieces from concept through final cut • Direct AI video using Runway, Higgsfield, and emerging tools • Build and manage a bench of freelance creators and the social contractor • Find, brief, direct, pay, and improve the work of freelance creators • Develop the creative testing loop with Demand Gen • Determine which concepts scale in paid and organic channels • Translate customer wins, research, and launches for SMB, private practice, enterprise, and DSO audiences • Establish rules for generative AI in healthcare, including accurate claims and non-deceptive use of likenesses • Defend creative decisions to leadership while using performance data to evaluate results • Complete a short-form video evaluation for Instagram or TikTok aimed at independent dental practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in creative production or direction • 2+ years directing other creators, freelancers, or an agency team • Portfolio of finished AI video work • Experience originating and shipping creative that performed • End-to-end direction of AI video: concept, script, storyboard, generation, and edit • Strong command of tools like Runway and Higgsfield • Ability to give clear creative feedback to other creators • Comfort using performance data to guide creative decisions • Willingness to study the audience deeply • Startup or high-growth experience preferred • Previous experience managing a team of influencers and content creators is a plus • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required • Candidates must be based in the United States • Candidates who skip the required short-form video evaluation won't be considered
