📋 Description

• Support operations on assigned jobs • Participate in initial project setup and buyout • Track job quantities, concrete materials, equipment, manpower productivity, and project progress • Participate in on-site daily activities • Review invoices and track extra work tickets • Participate in job cost and project cost reporting • Monitor project safety and quality-control compliance • Analyze and track production • Monitor construction schedules and advise on potential setbacks or issues • Communicate safety expectations and ensure safety audits are completed accurately and timely • Identify critical issues and assist in developing improvement procedures • Participate in project sequencing and scheduling • Review drawings, plans, and specifications • Procure materials and equipment • Issue and track change-order requests • Coordinate with the GC/Owner • Maintain an up-to-date tool inventory log • Travel and work overtime as required

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to support operations on assigned construction jobs • Familiarity with job cost spread and estimates • Ability to track job quantities and progress • Ability to track concrete materials, equipment, and manpower productivity • Ability to monitor construction schedules and identify potential setbacks • Ability to review drawings, plans, and specifications • Ability to monitor and enforce project safety compliance • Ability to ensure accurate and timely safety audits • Ability to track project costs, invoices, extra work tickets, and change orders • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to create accurate and punctual reports and deliver presentations • Ability to analyze situations, identify critical issues, and interpret implications • Planning, resource management, cost reduction, and quality-control skills • Ability to coordinate with the GC/Owner • Ability to maintain an accurate tool log • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs • Ability to travel and work overtime as required
