📋 Description

• Lead and supervise the lifecycle of multiple concrete construction projects • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, performance, financial, budget, and timeline goals • Strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams • Serve as the primary customer contact when issues escalate beyond the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager level • Guide project teams by setting goals, providing feedback, promoting professional growth, and ensuring required documentation and meetings are completed • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and change order management • Monitor project metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions • Implement and monitor risk management practices • Ensure comprehensive project documentation and track action items and deliverables • Negotiate with stakeholders and resolve project hurdles • Ensure contractual terms are understood and followed • Mentor and train project management staff • Supervise team members and oversee project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in a Senior Project Management (or equivalent) role • Proven ability to ensure project success through effective planning, design, and execution • Demonstrated leadership in managing large, diverse teams and multi-regional projects • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with construction project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC • Exceptional communication skills, including leading teams and negotiating effectively • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills • Strong problem-solving, resource planning, and project scheduling abilities • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement • Deep knowledge of construction procedures, particularly concrete construction • Ability to proactively identify and address potential project issues • Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship • Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including frequently lifting/moving up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs • Willingness to work required overtime and travel
