📋 Description

• Assist with project safety compliance efforts • Support understanding and distribution of job cost information and project estimates • Contribute to project sequencing and scheduling efforts • Help track project progress and participate in production analysis • Assist with project cost reporting and administrative duties • Support material and equipment procurement processes • Help manage and track change order requests • Coordinate with general contractors and owners under supervision • Assist with reporting on field time, productivity, materials, safety, and other relevant aspects • Learn and comply with company standards and industry regulations • Work in office and job-site environments with exposure to varying weather, noise, equipment, and other construction hazards • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or at least four years of relevant construction experience • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint • Basic knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities • Eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute to a team • Attention to detail and strong commitment to safety and quality • Ability to adapt to different roles and requirements within the project lifecycle • Must comply with company standards and industry regulations • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship • Ability to perform physical demands including frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally • Ability to work overtime and travel
