📋 Description

• Manage medium-to-large Indirect Procurement categories • Lead sourcing activities that improve cost, quality, service, supplier performance, and business value • Develop multiyear category strategies, actionable opportunity pipelines, sourcing plans, initiative pipelines, and category roadmaps • Monitor market intelligence, supplier segmentation, business demand patterns, and risk mitigation plans • Execute category strategies and demonstrate strategic sourcing ownership • Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including stakeholder alignment, supplier selection, RFP/RFQ execution, analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations • Develop negotiation strategies addressing commercial value, service expectations, risk, contract flexibility, and supplier performance • Partner with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders on contract review and business decisions • Manage key supplier relationships, performance reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement • Deliver annual P&L Reduction and P&L Protection targets through sourcing, negotiation, demand management, supplier optimization, working capital, savings pipeline, benefit validation, and budget impact • Track sourcing results, validate benefits with Finance, and support leadership reporting • Establish preferred supplier programs and professional services governance • Develop executive stakeholder relationships and position Procurement as a strategic business partner • Partner with the CFO, Finance, General Counsel, and corporate business leaders • Implement a finance-supported spend control tower for functional budget transparency • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders • Champion change management for procurement strategies, processes, and technologies • Balance stakeholder priorities with governance, risk management, and business requirements • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Serve as a procurement subject matter expert for assigned Indirect categories • Advise stakeholders on procurement processes, market dynamics, supplier options, and commercial strategy • Mentor less experienced Category Managers, Analysts, or sourcing team members • Use digital procurement technologies, data analytics, and process automation to improve decision-making and stakeholder outcomes • Utilize procurement platforms and analytical tools for category strategy, sourcing execution, supplier management, and performance reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 5–7 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, finance, operations, or relevant category management experience • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end competitive sourcing events, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs • Experience conducting supplier negotiations • Experience managing strategic supplier relationships • Experience optimizing quality, service, innovation, and total cost of ownership • Experience sourcing and negotiating facilities management, maintenance and repair services, janitorial, security, HVAC, capital projects, energy, electric, natural gas, water, waste management, and related utility services • Experience developing category strategies and optimizing supplier portfolios • Experience driving sustainable cost reductions • Experience with procurement platforms and analytical tools • Ability to leverage digital procurement technologies, data analytics, and process automation • Inside working conditions • No environmental hazards indicated for this classification
