📋 Description

• Support the Finance Manager with financial analysis for Supply Chain expenses within Products & Healthcare Services • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales/Commercial, Accounting, and business unit leaders • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast cycles, annual budgeting, strategic long-range planning, and CapEx and strategic investment prioritization and tracking • Prepare financial presentations, monthly and quarterly business reviews, performance scorecards, initiative trackers, profitability models, and analyses for senior management • Assess and communicate historical and forecasted financial and operational performance trends • Identify risks and opportunities, propose strategic initiatives, and quantify and forecast results • Monitor key performance indicators across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, profitability, working capital, and capital expenditures • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and develop strategic analyses for business leadership • Prepare analyses involving pricing models, scenario planning, financial and expense performance, rate of return, and performance optimization • Work with Accounting to support an orderly financial close process and accurate financial statements • Encourage new ideas, processes, and approaches and champion multidisciplinary problem solving and teamwork • Standardize reporting across product categories and gather requirements from the Executive Leadership Team • Perform additional duties as directed

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree required • 2-5 years of related experience, including a position of similar scope and impact • FP&A experience, including business partnership, highly preferred • Healthcare distribution and/or manufacturing experience desirable • Ability to travel, up to 25% of the time if remote • Knowledge of financial business plans, processes, and systems • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) • Hyperion Planning, Essbase, SAP, and Anaplan experience preferred • Proven ability to assess needs, identify issues, recommend alternatives and implement change • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and implement complex financial projects • Strong ability and experience managing and performing multiple concurrent tasks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial audiences • Ability to plan and coordinate completion of tasks in a multi-deadline environment • Ability to work independently
