📋 Description

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision, velocity, and a strong focus on candidate pipeline building. • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to surface and engage top-tier candidates. • Lead candidate outreach, pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity. • Partner closely with hiring managers, deeply understanding team goals. • Build and maintain a rich pipeline of high-caliber talent. • Serve as a champion of an outstanding candidate experience. • Actively monitor metrics and analyze data trends week over week.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience • Deep sourcing expertise, including fluency with advanced research techniques and outreach strategies. • Exceptional organizational skills • Clear, persuasive communication • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful • A growth mindset and a high standard
