📋 Description

• Ensure the effective planning, coordination, and implementation of training programs that support employee development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. • Develop and manage training programs using AI platforms to generate training materials in multiple languages. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create content and manage training activities within the EQMS training module. • Manage and oversee training activities within the EQMS training module. • Ensure training programs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, report KPIs, and make necessary adjustments. • Provide support and guidance to trainees and address any training-related issues. • Maintain training records, compliance logs, and certificates. • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs. • Assist in budgeting for training and development activities. • Liaise with department heads to assess training needs. • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Training, Quality Assurance, or a related field. • Certification in instructional design or training development is preferred. • Familiarity with Pharma or food industry standards and regulatory frameworks • Familiarity with EQMS training modules and quality assurance processes. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training development or coordination. • Experience with AI platforms and video content creation. • Exposure to international or multi-site environments – advantage
