• Drive new business development activities and actively contribute to our US market entry • Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact to handover to project delivery • Sell a combination of SaaS solutions and implementation project services • Collaborate closely with project and delivery teams in Germany to ensure successful customer outcomes • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and industry trends • Manage leads, opportunities and pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Meet or exceed defined sales targets
• 4-year college degree • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales • Strong communication and relationship building skills • Ability to work effectively in an international setup with distributed teams • Willingness to travel within the US depending on customer location • Preferred Requirements: Experience in SaaS, AI, data, or supply chain-related environments
