📋 Description

• Serve as the primary business systems liaison for enterprise document management, print, and fulfillment operations, vendor integrations, and workflow technologies • Partner with Information Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality, optimize business processes, and improve operational efficiency • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Facilitate system enhancements and process improvements • Support vendor integrations and ongoing system connectivity • Configure and maintain document management and workflow solutions • Develop and execute system testing activities, including user acceptance testing • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with internal and external partners • Support software implementation projects and system upgrades • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration records • Manage release activities, including validation and deployment support • Collaborate with Information Technology and business partners on technical initiatives and strategic projects • Assist with project planning, implementation, and post-implementation activities • Develop user guides, reference materials, and training documentation • Participate in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives • Conduct system audits and support compliance activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, healthcare technology, operational systems, or related field required • Experience supporting business applications, system integrations, and operational workflows required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred • Knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies • Knowledge of systems integration concepts and technologies • Knowledge of healthcare applications and business processes • Knowledge of document management and workflow systems • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications • SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis tools preferred • Ability to read and comprehend written and spoken English • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Ability to meet performance and attendance expectations • Ability to follow PacificSource privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time • Ability to stoop and bend, sit and/or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive typing, sorting and filing, and lift and carry files and business materials
