📋 Description

• Schedule tasks at customer job sites • Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation • Work cross-functionally with R&D, Software, and Quality Engineering teams • Perform routine maintenance and emergency services • Analyze customer KPIs to identify machine performance issues and perform problem-solving and maintenance • Continuously learn customer operational processes, packaging designs, and technical specifications • Install Packsize solutions and train others to use and maintain them • Perform clerical and administrative duties, including email responses, expense reports, travel arrangements, and technical reports • Communicate information and ideas with Packsize and customer personnel • Adhere to Packsize and customer safety requirements and protocols • Operate machines by clearing jams, loading Z-fold, changing labels, changing bander paper, and adding glue

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service focus • Knowledge of Windows platforms • Effective use of hand tools • Knowledge of mechanical platforms • Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word or Google Sheets and Docs experience helpful but not required • Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • Ability to work in production facilities, warehouses, or manufacturing environments • Ability to work in noisy environments and various temperatures • Ability to move equipment, machinery, and products weighing up to 50 lbs • Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and steps stools • Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, carry, and reach • Availability for on-call work • Ability to travel by vehicle or airplane domestically • Overnight travel may be required for initial and periodic training
